🚚 Shipping Rates & Special Offers

We like to keep things simple. Shipping charges are calculated based on your total order value:

  • Orders above ₹499: FREE Standard Shipping

    🎉 Special Promotion: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over ₹499 valid until July 30, 2027.

  • Orders below ₹499: A flat shipping fee of [Insert Amount, e.g., ₹50] will be applied at checkout.

⏱️ Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, your order will typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, peak holiday seasons, or remote delivery locations.

📦 Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

📍 Damaged, Lost, or Wrong Items

We take utmost care in packaging your products, but if your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately:

  • Timeline: Please report any issues within 48 hours of receiving the delivery, along with photos of the damaged packaging/product.

❌ Incorrect Address & Delivery Failures

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Lifemaxify Healthcare Private Limited is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply to re-ship the item.
